Information we collect
We collect the address you enter; property, parcel, measurement, imagery, and available public ownership-record information associated with that address; estimate selections; approximate location; referral and campaign information; and interactions with the calculator. If you request local help, we also collect the contact details, timeline, property relationship and explanation, financing interest, communication preference, and consent you provide. Phone verification records store a keyed hash and provider status rather than the verification code.
How we use information
We use information to locate and measure a property, prepare a planning estimate, save your choices, respond to requests, prevent fraud and abuse, operate and improve the service, send transactional communications, connect you with local service providers when requested, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and paid introductions
We use vendors that support hosting, property data, maps and imagery, measurement, communications, security, analytics, payment processing, and data storage. When you expressly request local quotes, we may share your contact details, property information, measurements, estimate selections, and project timing with no more than two local service providers. Those providers may pay us for the introduction. Their own privacy practices apply after they receive the information. We do not authorize a matched provider to resell it.
Cookies, analytics, and attribution
We may use first-party identifiers and similar technologies to remember a property session, understand calculator use, attribute visits, measure conversions, and protect the service. We avoid sending contact details or full property reports to advertising platforms. Browser settings may limit some technologies.
Storage and security
Contact details are encrypted before database storage, access is restricted by role, and public opportunity previews do not reveal homeowner identity. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as reasonably needed for the uses described here, dispute and audit records, fraud prevention, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention practices.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or opt out of future sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, by emailing info@hdprecision.ai. Include “Privacy request” and enough information for us to locate and verify the request. You do not need an account. You may also reply STOP to applicable text messages or tell a caller not to contact you again. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
State-specific rights
Depending on where you live and whether a state law applies to our business, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or opting out of certain transfers or targeted advertising. We will evaluate verified requests under the law that applies. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted.
Children
The service is intended for adults planning work on a home and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
